Joseph Bainbridge

Joseph Bainbridge serves as Director of Aggregate and Asphalt Performance and is responsible for overseeing the US Performance, Geology and Mining teams. He reports directly to the US CEO and sits on the ACM Executive Committee.
Mr. Bainbridge is responsible for defining and implementing systems, processes and metrics dedicated to driving business performance. His team focuses on areas including mining geology as well as capital, asset and performance management.
Prior to joining Holcim, Mr. Bainbridge spent eight years with Carmeuse Americas, most recently serving as Senior Corporate Project Manager, leading large strategic capital projects from conceptual development through start-up. Before this he spent time with Alliance Resource Partners, LLC where he developed capital extension budgets for mine expansion as a Mine/Project Engineer.
Mr. Bainbridge holds a Master of Business Administration from Robert Morris University and Bachelor of Science degree in mining engineering from Southern Illinois University
