Jimmy Khan

As Senior Vice President and General Manager of the South Region, Jimmy Khan oversees the aggregates and ready-mix operations that cross Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Missouri, Southern Illinois and Kentucky. He is a member of the ACM Executive Committee and reports to the head of US aggregates and construction materials.

With more than 20 years in the industry across seven countries and in four different functions — Operations, Human Resources, Finance and General Management — Mr. Khan is a seasoned leader. He manages more than 900 employees across 40 ready-mix sites, 12 aggregate production facilities, and seven marine and rail yards.

Prior to moving to Texas, Mr. Khan held a variety of leadership positions. His extensive career with Holcim began in 2004, working in Finance and Human Resources before moving into operations as CEO of Mauritius and of Zambia, respectively.

Mr. Khan joins Holcim US following his most recent role as CEO of Egypt, where he led 2,200 team members across the company’s cement, ready mix and Geocycle businesses.

Mr. Khan received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting & Computer Information Systems from Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Virginia.
