Jaime Hill

Jaime Hill was appointed Region Head North America at Holcim in September 2024, bringing more than 30 years of international leadership experience.

Throughout his career at Holcim, Jaime has held pivotal roles in finance, sales and marketing in the US and more than 28 years in Latin America, as well as leadership roles of increasing responsibility across key business lines, including ready-mix concrete, aggregates and cement businesses. Notably, as Country CEO of Mexico, he positioned Holcim Mexico as the second-largest contributor to the Group's EBIT, leading to a twofold increase in both net sales and recurring EBIT. Jaime has a proven track record in driving operational excellence, cash generation, and successful M&A activities.

Jaime holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., and is fluent in both English and Spanish.
